Frameshift AI Labs, LLC (which owns and operates PopFrame through popframe.ai, popframe.art, and related services, hereafter “PopFrame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an online platform for AI-generated art creation, printing, and marketplace services (the “Services”). These Terms of Service and Image Ownership Agreement (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services through popframe.ai, popframe.art, or other online platforms. By accessing or using PopFrame, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.
